EFT Tap: Clearing the "this is just who I am" belief (Already HER Day 11)
25 min EFT audio where you stop tiptoeing around HER and dare to feel HER completely
Okay, real talk before we get into today. I want to pull back the curtain and tell you exactly what’s about to happen for the rest of this challenge — because if you’ve been hovering on the fence about upgrading, this is the part I don’t want you to miss.
We just hit the halfway point.
The first ten days were the foundation — getting clear on her, understanding why you’ve been stuck, learning to feel your way toward her instead of thinking your way there. That was the groundwork. Necessary. But it was the warm-up.
Starting today, we EFT tap. Every. Single. Day.
For the next ten days you’re getting a guided EFT tapping audio from me — me walking you through it out loud, in real time, clearing the exact beliefs blocking her and installing the new ones straight into your nervous system.
This is the part where it stops being a concept you understand and becomes a change you can actually feel in your body. This is the rewire.
And I’m not holding back. The taps I’m recording for these last ten days are the kind of work I normally keep inside my high-ticket programs. I’ll say more about that in a minute, but know this: the back half of this challenge is where the real magic is — and it’s all happening on the paid side.
So if you’ve been reading along for free, nodding, feeling it but not quite doing it — this is your moment. Don’t watch the best part from the outside.
Come in! We start today with out first EFT (and i think it’s a good one, I even started tearing up during recording)
😮💨 Confession to start.
This weekend I got triggered. Hard.
I’m in a new relationship, a good one — and I’m also carrying leftover trauma from a past one, the betrayal kind that doesn’t announce itself, it just ambushes you in random moments you didn’t see coming. (If you’re navigating something like that too, I’m sorry. It is such a specific kind of hard, and I’m right in it with you.) So this weekend something tripped the wire, and suddenly nothing in my body wanted to feel safe. Nothing.
And like the good little personal-growth girl I am, my mind tried to do the thing. You’re safe. You’re okay. This feeling is from the past. What you’re thinking is happening isn’t certain.
It bounced right off. Worse than bounced — every time I tried to soothe myself with a positive affirmation, my brain did this wild thing where it grabbed the fear belief EVEN harder and went sprinting to find evidence for it even faster. The calmer I tried to talk to myself, the louder the fear got. It genuinely felt like I was trying to gaslight myself. Like, no, this feeling is real, stop lying to me.
💭 Why affirmations fail you exactly when you need them most
For YEARS I tried to affirm my way into a better life. I am confident. I am wealthy. I am worthy. I am safe. And every single time — especially in the moments I needed it most — this voice in the back of my head would go: no you’re not.
Turns out that’s not a you problem. That’s just what happens when you declare something your nervous system has zero proof of. It doesn’t quietly accept it — it fights it. You say “I am wealthy” and your whole body immediately lists the reasons you’re not. You end up more aware of the gap than you were before you opened your mouth.
Think about when you reach for affirmations. It’s usually the exact moment you need them most. You’re in fight, flight, or freeze. You’re anti every single thing your mind offers you. You are flat out of belief energy. Out of faith energy. Out of that back-yourself, I’ve got this energy — there’s just none left in the tank.
And THAT’S the moment you’re supposed to go stand in the mirror and force out I am confident, I am worthy, I am wealthy?
It feels fake. Because it is. You don’t believe a word of it, and your body knows you don’t.
There’s a name for what that actually is — spiritual bypassing, emotional bypassing — and affirmations done this way are exactly that. You take everything you’ve told yourself for years about who you are and what you can’t do, all the shame and guilt and disappointment that’s piled up, and instead of acknowledging any of it, you shove it in a box. Don’t look at it. Don’t feel it. Just force something shiny on top and hope it sticks.
It doesn’t stick. And worse — that boxed-up stuff doesn’t disappear. It waits. And it rears its head at the worst possible moment, even if you white-knuckled your way through for a little while.
So today I want to hand you the thing that actually slips past the bouncer — the thing I learned years ago from an EFT practitioner and have used ever since. And then we’re going to use it in our very first official tap of this whole challenge. 👇
🤍 Pssst - If you haven’t upgraded to The Already Her 21 Day Challenge Yet - I wanna talk to you for a sec…
This morning I recorded the first official tap of this challenge. It’s 25 minutes long. And I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s the kind of thing I normally reserve for my high-ticket programs — the work I’d put inside something I charge $500 for. It’s that potent.
Here’s what happens inside it. We don’t just talk about becoming her — we go find the exact belief that’s been blocking her, we wake it all the way up, we rate how true it feels, and then we start tapping it down.
And then, the part that gives me chills: we stop tiptoeing and go ALL the way in. We dare to feel her completely. We let the feeling get bigger than your body. We merge.
If you’ve been on the fence this whole time, this is the moment. Don’t read about the tap. Come DO the tap with me. Upgrade and let’s go all the way in — we start the second you’re in. 🤍
